オルレアンを訪れる際はいつも利用しております！
パリとは違い、値段の割にお部屋が広いのがとても素敵！大きなキャリーケースも楽々広げられます。
ロワール川のほとりにあるため、ホテルの窓からの眺めも最高！高層階だとオルレアン市内も一望でき、カテドラルも見えちゃいます！
ベッドも広く、室内は比較的清潔感があります。
ユニットバス付きだったのが、フランスのホテルではなかなか珍しいので有難かったです。
次も利用します！

房間比預期的大，還有面朝盧瓦河的陽台。一路開車過來，很方便找到酒店位置。早餐不錯，可以挑各種喜歡的，不過是純法餐的。

This a fairly basic mid range hotel. All necessary amenities are there but need a refresh. The carpet is shabby, the shower grout and bathroom walls could use a refresh and everything would be better with a coat of paint. Convenient location and parking, OK service. Nothing memorable.

Nous avons dispensé une formation d'une semaine à notre réseau de distribution. L'hôtel est bien situé (proche du centre ville 10 min à pied) L'accueil et la réception sont agréables. Au niveau des salles de séminaire, les salles sont équipées (vidéoprojecteur, écran, ...) Côté repas, ils ont été excellents (fraicheur des produits, variété des repas, ...) Le petit déjeuner est très varié avec un grand buffet, tout le monde y trouve son compte.

Alors voici ce que je pense de cet hôtel Mercure Orléans Centre Bords de Loire, et malheureusement, mon expérience n’a pas été à la hauteur de mes attentes. Télévision défectueuse : À mon arrivée, j’ai constaté que la télévision dans ma chambre ne fonctionnait pas correctement. Cela a été un inconvénient majeur, surtout après une longue journée de voyage. Service en chambre inexistant : J’ai été surpris d’apprendre que le service en chambre n’était plus disponible à l’hôtel. Cela a rendu mon séjour moins confortable, car je n’avais pas la possibilité de commander des repas ou des boissons directement dans ma chambre. Mobilier rafistolé : Le mobilier dans ma chambre montrait des signes d’usure et de réparations. Cela m’a donné l’impression que l’hôtel ne prenait pas suffisamment soin de ses installations. Salle de bains pour personne à mobilité réduite : La salle de bains adaptée aux personnes à mobilité réduite était loin d’être idéale. Les équipements semblaient vieillissants et peu pratiques. En somme, je suis déçu par mon séjour à l’hôtel Mercure Orléans Centre Bords de Loire. J’espère que l’établissement prendra en compte ces commentaires pour améliorer l’expérience de ses clients à l’avenir.

We really enjoyed dinner in the restaurant - it was original and delicious, and included fresh vegetables. Breakfast was good too. The room was comfortable with a good shower.
The only drawback for me was the décor. I found it lacked subtlety and good taste - lots of black and hard, shiny accents.
