"The cleaning staff kindly helped me, so everything was fine, but I was troubled because the front desk was unmanned both when I arrived and when I left. I think it was partly because I arrived late, but the cleaning staff told me to try calling this number, so I did, but no one answered. I felt that it would be difficult to stay here with this kind of system. The room itself was very clean, but it was hard to sleep without air conditioning in this heat. There was a fan, but it was covered in dust. I wish there had been slippers."

"I came here to watch the Tour de France. The receptionist speaks English. It's convenient because most tourist attractions are within walking distance. The room was clean and had a small kitchen. There was also tableware and a kettle. There was no air conditioning, but there was a refrigerator and a fan, so it was not uncomfortable to sleep even in the summer. There were towels, body soap, and welcome water. The lock was a little hard to open, and it was not an auto-lock, so you had to lock it yourself. The only thing I was disappointed about was that there was no hair dryer. I was disappointed when I realized there was no hair dryer after taking a bath..."

"We searched for a accommodation located centrally in Orleans, which offers the possibility of parking our car rental nearby and allows late check-in (in France now difficult), as the stay was after a long journey. All this offered by the Hotel Saint-Martin and we would not be disappointed about it. It is located at a walking hall with a wide middle strip, including parking with parking - fortunately free at the weekend. The hotel looks unseen from outside, but offered a friendly reception and nice rooms. Our was quite narrowly cut, but had a comfortable bed. The facilities in the bathroom were a little older, but overall we had no problems. In the center it was about 10 minutes walking and no disturbing noise came from the street at night. A pleasant stay, which we would repeat."

The breakfast was a delight with 3 kinds of fresh bread, cheese, granola, eggs, kiwi-fruit smoothie, homemade custard, waffles, fruit, pour-over coffee, local honey off the comb….you get the idea."

"The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Tram A stop. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The welcome was warm, with attentive staff. Negative points: two small beds pushed together instead of a queen-size bed, which is ultimately quite uncomfortable. There's no ironing board in the rooms; you have to ask for it. At the Daniel restaurant, you can't eat if you don't make a reservation. A major drawback is the €200 security deposit 😒."

"Attention, the website mistakenly states that the reception is open on weekends. This is not true. You need to either call / write to the hotel in advance, and they will send you the access code and password for the key box, or use the emergency number. The key is left in an envelope in the safe upon arrival on the weekend. Another inaccuracy is that they require a deposit - nothing is needed (for a short stay). Otherwise, it's a great hotel, comfortable rooms, everything works. There is a kettle and a stove, a refrigerator. A minimal set of dishes + a small tea set. The only downside is that there is no air conditioning, and it is impossible to close the window blinds at night and leave it open for ventilation. Either darkness or fresh air. Otherwise, everything is great"

"I always stay here when I visit Orleans! Unlike Paris, the rooms are spacious for the price, which is great! You can easily open up a large suitcase. As it is located on the banks of the Loire River, the view from the hotel windows is amazing! If you stay on a higher floor, you can see the whole city of Orleans, and even the cathedral! The bed is spacious and the room is relatively clean. I was grateful that it had a unit bath, which is quite rare in French hotels. I will stay here again!"
