The hotel was located in an industrial area and looked shabby. Peeling stair railings are simply not a calling card. The room wasn't much better. Very small, cramped even. The bathroom was substandard: broken floor tiles, loose toilet lid. We handed in the key and left. Price/quality ratio was below average. Definitely not recommended for 69 euros!

Agréablement surprise par cette hôtel qui ce trouve dans la zone industriel. Les chambre son agréable il ne manque rien, il y a même du café et du thé a disposition. Je trouve juste la salle de bain trop petite. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon avec du salé et du sucré, le plus le jus de fruits maison et frais .

Satisfactory stay compared to the hotel but downside compared to the environment which is noisy: the night we stayed there as a family, we were bothered by the noise emanating from an urban rodeo just nearby in the area of activities where the hotel is located, the circus lasted until one in the morning!!! When you call the police to report the problem, they tell you that it is usual on weekends and that the young people responsible for this inconvenience calm down around midnight...?!!!!!

Small, pleasant hotel in a commercial area. The nearby tram stop allows you to get to the city center or Aubrais station easily for a very reasonable price. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is plentiful and appetizing. We will happily come back.

rather surprised at the end result. very good welcome or service during the stay very varied and good breakfast The small negative point is in the room...no heating in the bathroom and very small pillows and no other additional pillow when you want to lean on them lying in bed. FYI, only 1.8km from the zenith...you can therefore go there on foot without any problem...

I stayed at this hovel in august 23 and I really don’t know where to begin. My initial thoughts were that it’s a half way house ,the room we were given wasn’t big enough to swing a cat so don’t be misled by any pictures as we are disabled I complained and were given a slightly better room although the tv had no remote control. When I enquired about dinner I was shown some scribble on a post it note and told there was one starter one main and one dessert, choice being take it or leave it. This place really is a shocker and certainly isn’t 3 1/2 stars. Oh and the view from the room was a selection of drink and beer crates beer barrels and fag butts. Will I return? …………………..

The PRM room has 4 beds (1 double bed and 2 twin beds). This makes it difficult to move around in a wheelchair. The hotel has 2 PMR rooms. In one bedroom the double bed is difficult to access. In the other, access to beds is impossible. We therefore opted for the first. Second problem: the height of the bed makes the chair-to-bed transfer very difficult. But the staff found us a thinner mattress but for a single bed. Last problem: no television for the single bed. The remote control has disappeared... Other details: no air conditioning in the bedrooms, a small ledge between the bedroom and the bathroom on which the armchair bumps, the view of the backyard from the kitchen is not very nice, ... in short for the price we could have expected better. But the staff is very friendly and dedicated even if they cannot redo the infrastructure... The hotel has closed parking, a restaurant at a very affordable price and the breakfast is varied with fresh products (no unnecessary packaging). The bathroom is correctly equipped: rimless shower, PMR sink, raised toilet but the grab bar is too far from both the shower and the toilet to be used.
