The hotel is in a good location and convenient for travel. The reservation was also smooth. There were changes in the itinerary before the trip, and one room was cancelled. There was no extra charge and it was resolved quickly. Good, recommended.

Pleasant staff. Room a little disappointing especially the small bathroom with rusty parts. For the price it's a bit of a shame.

Carpets in the dirty corridors, black in places as if burned.. interior of the room ok, but big traces of ??? On the ceiling, low-end bedding and bed linen. OK hotel when you're used to sleeping in a maid's room with rough sheets. GOOD. For Parisians 👌

Good value for money The common and residential areas need to be refreshed (painted carpets). Some equipment is missing in the room, such as a kettle. Very welcoming and available staff. Very clean Lack of parking can be detrimental

The room was narrow but usually standard in France but it was clean and steady the location is great near all transportation 10 minutes walking. All staff members are very welcoming and helpful anytime. Next time I will go there for sure....

This is a hotel close to the center. Staff is very friendly. If you love tea you will get a nice selection of loose tea to prepare for breakfast. The price is a bit on the highside for an Ibis type hotel.

We stopped here a few years ago when passing through Orleans and rather liked it. Yes, it was a budget hotel but it was quite smart in a quirky way. Unfortunately it hasn't aged well. We visited this August and it looked very tired. Our room and the the en suite were both very small. Some staff were friendly, some not so much. It's a convenient location but I wouldn't visit again. Also, beware: It looks like the hotel has an underground car park next to it, but it doesn't belong to the hotel. It belongs to (I think) a health club. Once you've gone down there it isn't that easy to get out again! You have to park on the street.

A major benefit of Ibis chain of hotels is their standards in the setup of the rooms, supplementary facilities, and good locations. Also in Orleans we could relax from a cycling tour (storage room available) and enjoy the city.

The hotel is very well located close to the down town.It is quite old inside, the room are very small.I think that it is quite expensive for what you got.Nevertheless the staff is very kind gentle and polite.

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans un hôtel soit disant calme mais ce n était pas le cas. Les chambres confort pas si confort que cela. Petit lit pour un couple(140 cm). Literie dure ! Problème d humidité un peu partout. Mention particulière au serveur du restaurant bar qui est plus qu’agacé de faire son travail ! Sinon accueil sympathique par le personnel de l hôtel.

Séjour de deux nuits dans cet hôtel situé dans le centre ville à proximité de la cathédrale. (10 minutes à pieds). La chambre était propre, la literie confortable. Le petit-déjeuner correct. L’équipe sympathique. Petit bémol pour le rapport qualité prix.
