Well located, close to the Orosei navy, the city doesn't have much to do, just boat trips across the Gulf of Orosei, which is beautiful.
The hotel has a restaurant, swimming pool, it is old but well maintained. Good value for money.

Maria Rosaria hotel doesn t have wi fi, therefore our stay was unconfortable. On the other hand our contract included wi fi service.

Pool was really nice but they close it middle of the day and at dinner due to restaurant proximity. Rooms a bit dated. We thought we were getting two beds but got one and a bunk bed. A/C worked good. Restaurant was good pizzeria menu and fish dishes.

Dated but perfectly maintained structure....
Very clean, thanks to an always present and super helpful staff.
Spacious room and bathroom (we were in a simple double room), with a truly pleasant view of the pool.
We opted for the half board formula with breakfast and dinner, the latter served as a buffet and although there was no classic table service with "the guest's desired and chosen menu", it was all very plentiful and pleasant!
The staff are all competent, smiling and extremely helpful.... they invite you to come back.
The only flaw with the structure (as I had already read in a comment before booking for myself)
The mattresses... really very hard! But maybe you can get used to it a little.
The hotel is in the center of Orosei... go out and there is everything....
