"Overpriced and basic and no way is 4 star maybe 2 at best. Pool is good for kids and area is ok. That’s where the good points end Rooms are old and basic. Aircon is 20 years old and they even charge you per day for this which is unbelievable and doesn’t even work Zero room maintenance is done. No cleaning no washing towels. Nothing It’s basically a shell of a room they charge you over 170 euros a night for 2 weeks here was a big mistake with kids Pool area plays music that’s too loud from 10am till 8pm. There is nothing to do in the area other then a really nice pizza restaurant nearby and grocery story Beach is 30 min walk expect huge crowds Would I come here again. No way. Would I recommend anyone coming here no I wouldn’t sorry"

Club Hotel Marina Beach

"When we arrived the staff at the reception were very unfriendly. We immediately got the impression that because we had used *********** to make the reservation, that this was negative in this place. We then (in our opinion) were given the worst possible room in the entire hotel. We had to pay extra for the club and even the beach towels cost per day. With all the extra costs this hotel is just not worthwhile. The photos on the hotel website of the rooms, pool, beach etc. are all altered with Photoshop. The hotel is just massively big. They have busloads of people arriving (tour groups). The walk to the room is literally more than 500 meters (pushing your heavy luggage in the heat) from the reception. The staff gives you a map of the hotel, but not of the surroundings. There is very little covered parking to park your car. The car park is an empty field. In the heat of the sun. The absolute horror for us was the dining room and the food. AWFUL The dining room is HUGE and full of screaming kids, with crowds of people. We could not get over the noise level and the greedy PIRANHAS surrounding us. People fill up their plates with enormous amounts of food. The food waste in this hotel must be enormous. Pool is lovely and big, however there is NO shade, especially around the children's pool. There are umbrellas and sun loungers. The large pool has 2 entrances only on one side. On the other side it is difficult to get out of the water on the pool edge. Speaking English here is a problem. The staff do not speak any english. We were so unhappy we decided to leave early. They have made no attempt to refund us. Lodged a complaint with *********** "

"Structure which, in our opinion, is not worth the cost requested. It looks like any American motel with long corridors, full of clotheslines outside every door. In particular, the apartment assigned to us was located above an air conditioning or laundry system which produces a constant noise that makes staying in the house very annoying. Friendly staff (including the Director to whom we anticipated our comment). In favor of the structure we point out that a 2-room apartment was assigned although the booking was for a studio apartment."

"Ambiance: Large building. Spacious apartment with a large bathroom. Clean. Air conditioning and a refrigerator in the room. West-facing balcony. Nice for sitting outside in the evenings. Why isn't there an elevator with only three floors? No Wi-Fi in the room, only in the lobby. Not up-to-date. Breakfast is served in the lobby. The chairs are very uncomfortable. The staff is businesslike. Rather unmotivated – long season? Breakfast is okay. Sweet, savory, and boiled eggs. Various Italian sweets. Water and a coffee machine are available. Very good value for money. Free parking is available about 100 meters away in the hotel parking lot. Open access. Covered parking for two bicycles! Excellent. A 10-minute walk to the town center."

Hotel Baia Marina

"The hotel is clean and quiet, suitable for an overnight stay. When we arrived, we got a room with a broken safe and it has not been fixed yet (day 4). Breakfast is sweet, sweet and sweet again. No eggs, no porridge, 1 cheese and 2 different hams to choose from. That's all. Where is the fresh tomato or olive oil typical of Italy? I would not book this hotel again."

"A rather pleasant hotel with extremely friendly, always-smiling staff who genuinely try to communicate in your language. The terrace restaurant was fantastic, offering a wonderfully calm atmosphere. The service manager was absolutely lovely and incredibly attentive. The hotel was pleasant enough, though the soundproofing and bedding weren't ideal. But let's be real, when you're on holiday, you're mostly just there to sleep and shower! A huge thank you to the whole team for such great memories!"
