"Stayed for 7 nights at Maria Rosaria, we arrived and the room was spotless, with air-con & a balcony. All of the hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly throughout the stay. Housekeeping kept our room spotless all week. Breakfast was included, lots of variety of pastries, cakes & fruit. Dinner was not included, however we ate at the hotel restaurant once and it was delicious. The restaurant is popular, but if you fancy something else there are plenty of restaurants within the town. The car park was free, however if you need to park elsewhere, you can park outside or a few minutes up the road. Overall 10/10 no complaints"

"Experience to forget!! There is nothing resort-like. Prices too high for mediocre quality from all points of view. Daily room cleaning totally absent, quantity of mosquitoes comparable to a rice field, old structure. Despite the goodwill of the staff who proved to be very helpful, the opinion is highly insufficient compared to what is described in the advertisements. This is truly misleading advertising. Unkept interior furnishings, broken mosquito nets, equally broken clothes drying rack, TV without decoder and therefore unusable (after this was noticed, the staff inserted a newly purchased decoder). Hot water at times, 90's shower. The only plus point considering the narrow and long bathroom is the optimization of time, brushing your teeth while sitting on the bathroom fixtures. Nice swimming pool immersed in a completely sterile environment, without music at any time. The greenery present is quite well-kept. Bar prices unjustifiably high. The only certainty in life is never to go back!"

"We had a great time! Clean and tidy rooms, spacious and well furnished. The idea of ​​the kitchenette on the balcony is very nice! Excellent breakfast in the morning, friendly staff. The playground inside the structure was greatly appreciated by the children! We'll be back!"

"Very nice property with two different pools... Very clean room... And very helpful and kind staff... The only downside is that beyond breakfast, the property doesn't guarantee a useful service for lunch and dinner... Highly recommended property and I hope to return with my family... Compliments to the entertainment staff, including the lifeguards..."

"Hotel with clean rooms, free dirt parking in front of the hotel and in an excellent position for going out in the evening, given that you can reach the center of Orosei in 5 minutes. Our room, precisely 224, was on the second floor easily accessible by lift; spacious and well-kept room and balcony. Friendly breakfast staff, but the staff at the reception should be reviewed, where 3 girls plus the doorman took turns. They were all quite kind and helpful with the exception of one of the girls who didn't treat us very well at check out, meaning we found ourselves charged 4.50 for the bar service which we absolutely DIDN'T use. My partner asked the girl for explanations to understand what it was about, but she couldn't tell us what we paid, she only reiterated that it was the bar service. In my opinion, I believe I have the right to know what I'm paying you and then if I repeatedly state that I didn't get anything at the bar I think it's right to inquire with the relevant person; instead the girl responded in an unkind manner and didn't care about inquiring to resolve the issue, we just had to pay. Being late with the ship and being gentlemen unlike , we just paid. Following this we left saying goodbye and without any greeting being returned. Let's go back to the room, unfortunately we ended up with the room with a bathroom for disabled people which unfortunately is very uncomfortable, with a door that doesn't close, but opens by pushing, light bulbs above the sink without protections, no bidet and a slightly small shower with tent and chair to sit on, plus the shower that couldn't stand. Impeccable cleanliness, with towels changed every day. Overall it's a good structure if you adapt and aren't looking for who knows what. With a few adjustments they could improve a lot; for example some lights in common areas not working (elevator and also the sign of the hotel itself). As well as breakfast, which is very basic (croissants, yogurt, rusks, biscuits, various jams, cold cuts, fruit), but which could perhaps be enriched with a donut or other alternative to croissants. The environment is really worth it so I would recommend correcting these little things."

"Did what is a regular Tui bus trip & the bus parked nearby outside. Popped my head in this hotel with my partner, before we visited the beach & decided to give the gift shop a visit. Having selected some fridge magnets, & some postcards as many people do, our purchases were rejected by the rather sour faced female assistant, because we were not residents, which she only discovered after asking to see my armband, as I was wearing a denim jacket. My partner’s was clearly showing even when she entered the shop but she was not challenged either until we tried to pay for our goods. A red one at the time would have done the job. I knew by now what the answer was going to be if we ordered a beer at the bar, but that was a lot more understandable. Just stick a ‘private hotel guests only’ sign on the wall where I had just walked in. Problem solved. Is that really so difficult?"

"We had a great experience. The breakfast was excellent. For dinner, we enjoyed delicious local dishes, and the vegetable soup, in particular, was absolutely outstanding. Our room wasn't huge, but it was very cozy and comfortable. The staff were very helpful. I would definitely come back if I'm in the area again."

"I have just returned this evening from a 4 night stay at the fabulous Albergo Diffuso Mannois, Orosei, where I stayed with my family(9in total). From booking to check out it was seamless. Everyone in reception was so helpful and made it possible to celebrate all our family being together to celebrate my husbands retirement. A special mention to Diago and Sabrina who were particularly helpful and seemed to be everywhere, especially in the morning for breakfast, quietly and effectively ensuring all was moving smoothly. I also saw Diago help sort out a plumbing issue in the evening. I don’t know when he got to take a rest but he was always smiling and eager to help. Staff like this are invaluable and make the stay so pleasurable. The rooms were beautiful and spotlessly clean. They are a good size and the bed was so comfortable. The rooms are dispersed around the town but we did not find this to be a problem at all. The breakfast venue is so authentic and beautiful. The food was always fresh, tasty and plenty of it available. The beach club was spectacular. A shout out to Francesco who was so helpful and attentive. On our last night we dined in the rooftop terrace restaurant and it was incredible. The view and setting is quite simply beautiful and the food so tasty. We definitely saved the best for last. I honestly can’t say enough. An incredible experience and I can’t wait to come back."
