Amazing hotel, wonderful spa zone, very welcoming staff, free parking. Had an espresso machine and 2 bathrooms in our room, also 2 doors and 2 tvs, access to private open terrace, jacuzzi bathtub (though it wasn’t working) and many many other things. Check out is before 12. Loved our stay!

Very good location. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Room clean and spacious. Spa area really good. The food at restaurant is far too expensive, however there is a Harvester restaurant just across the road.

We would never stay here again the staff were so rude there was a lady manager the was so so rude. Also there was a constant beeping noise out side our room. And about 2am in the morning whilst we were sleeping someone from reception called the room phone and said that the smoke alarm in our room was going off due to someone smoking in the room. Both me and my partner are non smokers so it clearly wasn’t use. Worst hotel experience ever.

Nice clean hotel

Excellent stay

Well located but room was very hot, noisy fan system, not ideal. Would've expected air conditioned room. Not the greatest of breakfast choice. Expected more, got bang average.

The American hotel in the UK has a beautiful environment and good service. Although the facilities are a bit old, it is very comfortable to use. The room is large and has a large garden. It feels good.

The hotel is nice from the outside, but the room is like a fast hotel, the hygiene is very poor, there are hairs on the towels
