Letto comodo ,ottimo personale molto accogliente. Colazione basica ma comunque bravi e complimenti per la crostata. Luci e frigo perfettamente funzionanti. Asciugamani ben puliti. Il bagno è molto adeguato per ritirancisi volentieri fino a mezz'ora.

Parking parking parking… what they don’t say on the websites is that parking is WAY far away and for older people who might have mobility issues this is a serious problem. My wife and I have problems with stairs and the parking garage was literally down half a mountain. No other parking in the area. The woman at the desk seemed unbothered by our difficulties.
However, the breakfast was charming and the beds and shower were great. The “AC” was not really air conditioning but we dealt with it. Orvieto is beautiful but the parking situation sucks. Anyone with mobility issues — stay in another town.
