"A great place for a rest! Very cozy and clean. The views are just delightful! We got a three-bedroom room with a balcony - very spacious. For breakfast there were delicious pie, cooked eggs, cheese and ham, bread, yoghurt, chips and all kinds of jerseys. Every morning we made hot cappuccino. Road to home from bus stop from the hill down, respectively, if you are walking, then back for a walk in the city - to the hill (minute 5). There is an elevator at the foot of Orvieto from the parking, which made it extremely easy to climb."

"The hotel is an independent farmhouse situated on a hilltop opposite Orvieto. From the hotel's lawn, you can enjoy panoramic views of Orvieto, making it a great spot to easily watch the sunrise and sunset over the town. The farmhouse was well-maintained; during my stay at the end of September, it was filled with verbena, roses, and other flowers in bloom. We even collected quite a few chestnuts from the ground. Although the hotel itself isn't very large, the environment is lovely, and the views are excellent. The breakfast was quite plentiful, including ham, cakes, pies, bread, fruit, and coffee. It's very close to Orvieto, making it convenient for those driving. The next day, when we went to explore the town, the hotel manager gave us a map and offered many suggestions. It's a great accommodation choice."

"We stayed here for work, and as soon as we arrived we noticed that the hotel was a bit neglected. The bed in the room was made up of two bases of different heights, which were extremely uncomfortable. What really shocked me was the lack of water in the room, and despite asking the kind receptionist, it took almost two and a half hours to arrive. I'm sorry to have to write such a review, but before managing a hotel that's been closed for a long time, fix the essentials and at least lower the prices for the time being."
