Hotel Duomo is in a great location. The staff are very kind, and breakfast options are good. However the annex rooms, while comfortable, are very basic.

We stayed here for three nights while in Orvieto. It was a great location right in the center near the Duomo but around the corner from the main square so it was not noisy. The room was very comfortable with good climate control. It is a small family run hotel with very personalized service. The breakfasts were fine. it was priced very fairly for what we had. At first it was a little hard to find while driving into the town but ultimately we got there. We ended up parking our car about 100 yards away down the street in a public parking lot, which was inexpensive. Obviously many options to stay in Orvieto, but we were happy with this hotel

Amazing - surpassed expectations...arriving in the evening while still light , the location next to the cathedral and cathedral square is breathtaking. Inside the hotel is beautifully decorated with original works of art and the rooms are individually styled with wood, art works and flowers and art deco touches and immaculate bathrooms. Breakfast is of high quality and service is warm, helpful and excellent. The hotel also accommodated a couple of issues which could have been a major problem with great generosity. Orvieto is a wonderful city to arrive at and Hotel Duomo gets a first class recommendation from me - with true Italian flair and character. Thank you so much to the owners and delightful staff.

When you book The Doumo Hotel be aware that there is "An Annex" maybe 50 yards away...which is where we ended up. For Breakfast you have to walk up to the Hotel, as I say it's not far but it's not falling out of bed into an elevator. The Annex was a little dated and cramped but very clean. The Hotel location is perfect, walk out the door, look right and there is The Doumo of Orvieto. The breakfast selection was great and all the staff were really helpful. I will stay in the Hotel next time though.

A due passi dal duomo di Orvieto, abbiamo prenotato una tripla davvero accogliente, pulita e bagno comodissimo. I proprietari sono davvero disponibili e con uno spirito di ospitalità, cosa da non sottovalutare. Anche la colazione è stata abbondante e varia, anche la sala è arredata con attenzione ai particolari. Complimenti!
