This is a very cute property, and Laura is very sweet. We were able to get the room early, and that was great because we only had one night in Orvieto. It was clean and very comfortable. The only reason I would caution one about this property is that there is not an elevator. I knew this at booking because it states it on the listing. If you have limitations and a heavy bag, I’m not too sure about that. We were ok, and this point didn’t affect our stay. We really quite enjoyed this sweet property. I would stay there again.

Posizione perfetta, si trova nel centro di orvieto, Dopo una scalinata stretta e vecchia ma tenuta molto bene, entri in un appartamento profumato alla cannella, pulito silenzioso e curato nei minimi dettagli, La signora che ci ha ricevuto, di cui non ricordo il nome, gentilissima e propensa a dare suggerimenti. J'ai adoré! 🤩 Sur la Piazza del Popolo, dans un édifice qui date de plusieurs siècles, tout a fait charmant avec des fresques datant du 14ieme siècle! Maria Silvana est très sympathique et accueillante! En plus, le lit était vraiment confortable.

Bedroom was spacious with teas and coffee facilties. It had lots of character and history, Nice touch to have tea, coffee. Spacious bathroom and shower easy to use.

Cutest town! Adorable B&B. The owner, her husband, and son were excellent hosts and very kind. Location was perfect in the middle of town. Steps from coffee, restaurants, shops and a beautiful church. The rooms were large, beds comfortable, bathrooms spacious and everything was clean and lots of attention to detail making you feel welcome and at home.
