Albergo in dimora storica, eccellente come location, camere perfette servizio top, colazione adeguata. La profilazione delle camere in Trip.com invece ha creato un problema, veniva segnalata come adeguata a 3 ospiti la camera standard invece ho dovuto pagare la differenza per la superior. Problema gestito dall'hotel in maniera ineccepibile.

我們在意大利被偷了行李沒有證件，不得已需要留在羅馬補辦手續，打電話跟酒店協商能否退房，或者補一部分費用，酒店態度非常惡劣，找藉口拖延時間。我們在佛羅倫薩還有威尼斯的酒店都跟熱情並且迅速給了我們解決方案。相比之下太沒有人情位，太遜色。

Omg! Wow! Breakfast was wonderful and the property is beyond amazing. The trip into the city is very easy. The city is beautiful but the hotel itself i an absolute gem! Pinches self.

Je cherchais une nuit à Orvieto ou dans ses environs, avec parking gratuit ; La Badia di Orvieto, charmant complexe hôtelier d'après les photos, remplissait le critère du stationnement.
Le cadre est conforme aux photos ; la chambre que nous occupions, certes "standard", était assez vieillotte tant dans sa décoration que pour l'état de l'installation électrique.

We were excited to stay here given it was a castle. It did not disappoint! The grounds were very nice and the place has been kept up. The room was quite spacious - we had a ‘superior double room’ but it could have been decorated nicer given the atmosphere. The bed seemed small in the room. The bathroom was quite large and nice.
Despite the description stating that the castle had a restaurant, it was not operating. The staff were helpful in finding a restaurant that was opened and had availability for us to eat dinner. They do offer a bar and light snacks (a little on the pricey side).

The staff here is amazing! The property is by far the best stay we’ve had in Italy! The castle and views are magical!
