Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti a Pasqua 2024 Bellissimo B&B situato nella natura. La camera/depandance era bellissima. Servizio , pulizia e cordialità sono Eccellenti. Consigliato per chi vuole trascorrere qualche giorno in tranquillità alle porte della magnifica Orvieto

Ottima posizione a due passi dal centro, pulizia impeccabile e stanza accogliente. La colazione è varia e con prodotti della casa. La signora Valentina è stata assolutamente gentile e disponibile, ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Da tornarci!

Location molto carina e vicinissima ad Orvieto, colazione ottima e con tutti prodotti fatti in casa, titolare molto cortese. Lo consiglio come rilassante punto di appoggio per visitare l'Umbria

Questo podere è immerso nel verde e nella tranquillità più assoluta. Situato a due passi dal paese di Orvieto raggiungibile con la macchina. La nostra camera tripla era al pian terreno con bagno e doccia enorme. Colazione abbondante e servita in una terrazza all aperto all'ombra con una splendida vista. Il top è la piscina con ampi spazi, sdraio e lettini che ci ha rigenerato nei caldi pomeriggi. Unico neo: mancano zanzariere alle porte (anche se presente aria condizionata non potevamo tenere le porte aperte per far circolare l aria) e il letto matrimoniale leggermente scomodo. Sicuramente però è da consigliare!

Un posto magico che ti rimette in pace con il mondo. Podere Pescara è la gentilezza di Valentina, la padrona di casa, è l’accoglienza festosa e rispettosissima dei cani Diana e Ugo, è le prelibatezze della colazione al mattino, è il profumo degli ulivi che circondano la casa, è la bellezza delle stanze curate nei minimi dettagli, è il calore della pietra che caratterizza tutto il podere. La sensazione è quella di essere a casa propria, con una vista unica sulle dolci colline e sulla città di Orvieto che dista appena due passi. Abbiamo trascorso qui 3 giorni che ci rimarranno nel cuore. Torneremo presto!

Sosta per una sola notte e poco tempo per godere appieno di quanto offerto dalla struttura. Ambiente molto bello e caratteristico, con ottima accoglienza a sottolinearlo. La comodità del parcheggio e gli ampi spazi all'esterno della costruzione invogliano a ritornare nella bella stagione. Ricca colazione in un'ampia e comoda sala. Purtroppo la stanza al piano terra, anche se molto accogliente, è risultata essere rumorosa a causa dei rumori dello scarico del bagno provenienti dalla stanza superiore.

Ottima gestione della Sig.ra Valentina, bellissimo posto a pochi minuti da Orvieto, noi praticamente avevamo un appartamento pulito e essenziale, molto bello anche all’esterno il casale è circondato dal verde grazie per averci concesso l’utilizzo degli spazi comuni con il nostro cagnolino

La struttura è strategicamente posizionata poco fuori le mura della città ed offre un pratico parcheggio privato. Il podere è estremamente curato, pulito ed emerso nel verde. Il personale è cordiale ed il servizio nel suo complesso è eccellete.

This is a gorgeous location just outside of the hilltop of Orvieto. The room and bath were large and comfortable, with a garden view, and nicely decorated. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food. The family that runs it was friendly and kind. I chose this place for the pool and hot tub, but it was closed on Oct. 6. You really do need a car to stay here as it is not a doable walk to Orvieto- the road has no path and is dangerous. What could be improved, the pillows and mattress could have been more comfortable and there were no screens on the windows, so a choice of fresh air with mosquitoes or using the air conditioning- not terribly eco friendly. Not having any food options at the hotel in the evening( dinner was not available in October)meant that you had to get in the car every night to go eat.
