最寄り駅から徒歩での距離はありましたが、大通りに出てからはタクシーで5分かからず大阪駅に到着でき、立地は良かったです。連休中にもかかわらず予約ができ、本当に助かりました。

曽根崎から大阪駅まで徒歩15分で遠い。部屋は綺麗でフロント対応も丁寧でgood😊街中なので便利です。東梅田出張には良いかも✍️(з_з)

予約と支払いは全てオンラインで済ませ 駅近なのでとても便利だと思います。部屋は照明が少なく薄暗かったです。ファミマには直通で行けるので助かります。コーヒーも自由に飲めるのは良いですね。ただホテルの入り口は非常に分かりづらいです。

エアコンが暖房しかできずフロントに対応を求めたところ、一切できないと言われました。
扇風機とかないのかと言ったのですが、そんな対応はできないと一点ばりで、謝罪もなく、こちらにけつをむけて知らんぷりでした。翌朝、チェックアウトのときも知らんぷり。こんな従業員をよく雇ってるというか、どういう教育をしているのか、本人の問題なのか、よくわかりません。ホテルとしていかがなものか？その従業員の名前は**という女です。その上司は**と言います。あきれたホテルです。私はホテルの業界を知ってるいるものとして、この程度のホテルかと思いました。
