Front desk was super helpful, helped to find stores to buy diapers and umbrellas.
Location was good. Few streets from dotonburi and shinsaibashi suji that we unfortunately only realized on the last day. Elevator access from nagahoribashi station was 1-2mins away from hotel entrance. Very convenient for lugging luggage around. Thought toothbrush wasn’t provided but it was, counter staff offers a selection of complementary amenities.
Happy with room layout partitioning sleeping and kitchen area, and plenty of kitchen counter top space for making milk and washing bottles. Coin laundry available at lvl1. No complaints happy with stay and will go back again!

The hotel is quite expensive. The room is relatively small. It is quite noisy outside the hotel. There are police cars and cars honking every night. The whole family did not sleep well. I wanted to change the hotel, but the hotel refused to refund the money. My mother said that she did not sleep well for a day. There were constant noises in the middle of the night. It is still not okay if you bring the elderly and children. It doesn't matter if young people sleep well. I don't know where so many good reviews come from. It feels really bad!
