酒店和餐廳很新很乾淨; 酒店服務員.房務員.餐廳服務員全部都很友善; 房間很乾淨整潔, 空間也夠用; 酒店附近也很多食店, 逛街商店; 地鐵步行約5-10分鐘內就可以到酒店.

酒店很乾凈。
服務也很好。
有一位姓：王的前台，會中文。而且服務態度很好。幫忙讓她安排出租車也是非常的積極幫忙叫車。
住的是604房價。隔音效果非常棒。
新開的酒店，各方面都很不錯，乾淨，衞生，整潔，無異味。地板也很乾凈。酒店的拖鞋真的很不錯，不輸給五星級酒店的拖鞋。
這家酒店出乎我的意料。真的很不錯，
靠近心齋橋。走過去1公里不到。出門左拐筆直走，過御堂筋就到了。很方面。
去難波也很方便。難波到關西機場直達，真的很好的地段。出入交通都很好。
酒店前台有免費的洗漱用品，都是大牌子：pola的品牌。牙刷，牙膏，刮鬍刀都是很好的物件。自己用，我也拿了幾把帶回去。質量真的好。
下次來大阪，還是會選擇這家店500多一晚。性價比很高。
但是有個小小的遺憾，也許現在是入住旺季，想免費幫忙升級，前台卻無情的拒絕，告知滿房。。。。好遺憾。不過有遺憾才會有想來的動力。
期待下次的入住。
