Pretty decent hotel, close to restaurants and convenient stores and there is a supermarket close by too which the items is definitely cheaper. The downside is the transport there, the subway have no escalator or elevator which we have to carry our luggage up and down the stairs. As for the service of the hotel, the reception is good and responsive but housekeeping did not always replenish our towels after keeping the used ones.

The place was a bit far from the main station as required minimum 10min walk especially when you want to exit at those that has lift. One more important point is that the air con are controlled by the building so if you are someone that need to control the temp by yourself, you might want to reconsider. Do visit this nice ramen shop along the way as it was quite nice

First of all, I booked this accommodation the day before my trip to Osaka. I was looking for a clean hotel near Namba Station, and I think I was really lucky and found it!! The staff were friendly and there were staff who spoke English, Korean, and Chinese in turns. There are also Family Mart (5 minutes away) and 7-Eleven (10 minutes away) around the accommodation, and within 10 minutes of Namba Parks (shopping mall), there are many restaurants and shopping places within a 10-15 minute walk from the accommodation. Above all, I liked the clean accommodation at a reasonable price, and the surrounding area was not too distracting!

Secondly, the bathroom is very small. You can't straighten your legs in the bathtub, but this is acceptable. The most unacceptable thing is that the toilet board cannot be pushed back.
