We loved how it was close to most things, and particularly as we had to leave early in the morning with all of our luggage to Kansai, the distance from the place to the Nankai Line proved particularly beneficial - short walk and lifts available, with many train options in the morning. Finding the place was a little difficult if using google maps since the navigation proved difficult in and around the building. A good thing we got help from a Nankai Line employer at the Nankai "tunnel" who showed us the general direction to the apartment. If you exit from JR line, walk to the Nankai line tunnel on your right as you exit. Apartment was super close to a Mega Donki too which was awesome with food trucks and stalls under the bridge. Area was quiet, if not for the occasional train passing, though the rooms were well insulated. Overall an enjoyable stay. Rooms were relatively large by Japan's standard and there was a tiny cooking area with some utensils, and a washing machine. I liked how the toilet was separated from the bath area. We took the quad room with four beds and still had enough walking space and a bed just for our luggage since there wasn't however, enough room for luggage and clothes storage. You can dry your clothes at a sizeable balcony and in the current summer heat, our clothes dried up really quickly. Self check in and check out instructions were clear and easy. Too bad there wasn't any complimentary coffee, tea or water.

It’s a no reception system but the process and system are seamless. Location is super convenient, just 200-300 m to the Nankai station. Amenities are fully provided. Me and my family were enjoyed staying here so much. Love it! Recommend for yall

Excellent location as it’s very close to the train station. The room is clean and comfortable.

Smooth check in & check out if follow the instructions in the email. The room is spacious for 4 persons with the facilities and amenities needed. The location is near Shin-Imamiya station which is easy access to Kansai International Airport.

Clean and cozy room, i will book this place again when travel to Osaka definitely!

Shin-Imamiya Station is very convenient and is a central point in Osaka. It is a one-minute walk to the subway and JR line stations, and an 8-minute walk to the Gianzuo Temple. The B&B is fully equipped and you can use the Line app to contact customer service.

The room is clean and tidy. It is very convenient to exit Shin-Imamiya Station. We took an underground tunnel for the first time. In fact, it is more convenient to exit from the west exit on the north side to the main road! There is only Family Mart Rasen around, so it is not convenient to go shopping.

The location and transportation are convenient. It is very close to Shin-Imamiya Station. The room is also very spacious and well-equipped. The whole family has a good housing experience. Next time I go to Osaka, I will choose to stay at Namba Minami-Shin-Imamiya Branch.

The location is really convenient, just 2 minutes from the north exit of Shin-Imamiya Station. The most important thing with luggage is that it's close. Self-service check-in, just check your email and follow the password to enter the room! There is a street food shop downstairs, so you can have something for a late-night snack. It only takes about 10 minutes to walk to Tsutenkaku Tower, which is really convenient. There is also a washing machine and balcony where you can wash clothes! Only the house is dark, the carpet is stained, and the bathroom is small. It may not be enough for a family of four because there is no place to hang face towels, but the price is very good value.

The location is good. It's close to Shin-Imamiya Station. You don't need to take a bus to go to Kitsu Market in the morning. You just have to clean the room by yourself.
