Cleanliness is ok. Staffs are polite and helpful. But quite a bit walk from famous spot. A bit noisy seems nearby the train line. A bright lighting that i feel so good. Small room but it s ok for a considering rate.

Due to flight delayed. Last minute to book from this hotel. Room is clean, comfortable.

Room is small however location is close to metro. Nothing touristy nearby. It’s good that a local convenience store is opposite the hotel for you late night snack.

Great location, can take a luup bike to get to downtown osaka / namba station in 8-10mins

To be honest, I have a high level of tolerance towards hotels understanding that I am not paying for a 5star hotel. However, this Hotel is really not recommanded. I was living on 4/f, the sound of trains was just annoying and intolerable. No need to suffer this, while you can pay for another better hotel with the same price.

Good clean hotel with good location, close to lots of places in Osaka and walking distance.

It was our first family trip to Osaka. The rise Osaka Namba hotel is close to a train station, making travel reasonably convenient. Room was a bit small but was expected. We travelled to Uji and spent a whole day there. It was a short trip - we will plan for a longer stay in Osaka next time.

Staff has service mind. The room is very good with wide area.

Location is a bit off, overpriced for what it has to offer

This hotel in Namba, Osaka, is very close to Kikizu Market. It is 150 meters away and you can reach your destination without taking a ride. It is also very close to Tsutenkaku. However, the hotel implements environmental protection measures. The sheets are not changed frequently, which is not important. The worst is the cleaning staff. They only put new towels on the bed and never put them back in the bathroom. Tissues are not put in the tissue box. This is the worst hotel I have stayed in in many Japanese hotels. Every corner of the room is covered with dust. It scares me.

In the south of Namba, the road section is very quiet. It only takes about ten minutes to walk to the area. Because it is near the railway, it is a bit noisy. The hotel is still very new. You can handle check-in/out by yourself. The machine is available in multiple languages ​​for the convenience of tourists.

New hotel, book a 4-person room for three people. It is big enough for 4 people. There is a bed on one side of the room and a Japanese-style living room on the other. After walking down the street, you can sit down, eat, and read verses. The location is relatively quiet. There is no restaurant except for a LAWSON opposite. It takes 7 or 8 minutes to get to Daikokucho and Ebisucho stations. The opposite is the Kizu market and the hotel is next to the road, but it doesn't feel noisy. The hotel cleans the room every 4 days and collects trash every day. This is not unusual in Japan, but what is surprising is that they only add towels and pajamas every day, but do not take away the old ones. I stayed for 5 days, and on the last day there were 12 towels and pajamas. In the room, it may be a new hotel relationship and communication needs to be improved.

I stayed one night to see a live show. It was very comfortable and the room was spacious. They fulfilled my requests, which was great, but they didn't have any anime tea yet, so I couldn't get it. That's a shame.
