Is very small for a corner room. I don’t even have enough space for 3 luggages to be open at once. The toilet bowl inner is very dirty. I can see the blackness every time flush. Is so disgusting. Overall is not consider good for a 5 star hotel.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We were first given a room with major humidity smell but the staff was quick to arrange us to a different room that was perfect

Excellent experience. Really great staff made the check in process very easy and are super attentive. Rooms were huge by Japan standards, tidy and modern. View was amazing.

Room view is awesome, with the friendly staff and nice breakfast, will sure come back for our next Osaka trip.

Only view is really nice. All of other things are so so. If I have to visit Osaka again, I will deeply consider it to stay this hotel or not. Not recommanded place.

I booked a club deluxe twin room with breakfast included and access to club lounge. However, when I checked in, I was told I could only have breakfast at the club lounge which had less food varieties than the Live Kitchen COOKA. The reason I was told was that my booking was made through travel agent instead of the Marriott official website. This is the first time I experience such issue. Hope your company can clarify with the hotel on this. After staying two nights I further raised my concerns with the front desk, I was given voucher to have breakfast at the COOKA. Actually the food is not much better than the lounge. Apart from this. the hotel is good especially the club lounge which I think it worths for money.

Convenient location and close to the zoo which is the happy place for the kids. However, awful and difficult booking experiences and not helpful esp after the earthquake. The worst booking experience ever.

Very happy with this hotel, great views nice service and breakfast. We stayed with kids and they provided kids amenities and a bed guard as well as little pajamas and slippers. There is a direct connection to the airport which is helpful when traveling with kids. The area is great, with a nice department store downstairs (including tons of restaurants and a great food hall), and Tennoji park across the street. A picnic at the park was a highlight of the trip! The front desk gave us some vouchers for the observatory on the 60th floor. The view at night was really pretty. We would stay again for sure!

View is nice but that is all it has. Hotel staffs are not attentive at all, room conditioning system have annoying noise when the power turns above low. And the solution they provide is keep it only as LOW mode. And what I booked is a premium deluxe corner room, not a cheap standard room.
