Unmanned hotel = unmanned service. Ctrip is also funny. They don't know anything when asked. You have to ask the hotel again! The service is bad, at least they think about things from the client's point of view, so that guests can check in easily. They don't know where to throw the garbage, how to recycle it, how to get the bath towel, the key collection process... and other processes need to be improved. They can take a series of photos so that guests can find the way. It really needs to be improved. The transportation is convenient. It is walking distance from Namba and Shinsaibashi, and you can also take the subway for one station. I will not consider staying in an unmanned hotel again in the future, not to mention that it is not very affordable!
