This hotel is in a great location. Close to Dotonbori and train stations. Rooms are big enough though I’d recommend them to put the TV opposite the beds instead of to the side wall. The hotel pushes a greener stay and provide water bottles which you refill at 2nd floor and they also provide free coffee and tea. I think they could station water dispensers on each floor. Breakfast was varied and the crème brûlée was a hit.

Very clean and convenient to subway/ shopping area. Definitely will come back.

I am really satisfied with the hotel! The waiters wear flag badges of different countries, so that customers can clearly identify what language they speak, which is very considerate. The waiters at the front desk of the hotel will kindly introduce you to the surrounding food recommendations. On rainy days, there are free umbrellas in the hotel lobby, which is really great!

For people who will be staying in the Shinsaibashi area, I highly recommend it. The accommodation is not far from subway shinsaibashi, convenient to travel, there are both 7-11 and family mart nearby. The accommodation is not lonely. It is considered safe for us. And then our plug broke. You can borrow it at the lobby by just informing us of the room number. The bathroom is very good. It's not like the bathrooms in Japanese hotels I've stayed in before. It has a modern style and has a rain shower. The staff can communicate well in English. Oh, there is another thing that I like: there is an ice dispenser, hot and cold water dispenser, and a zone for making tea and coffee for free 24 hours a day. No need to go outside to buy water. Really very impressed Next time we will definitely come back to stay again.

It's hygienic and clean. The location is close to Dotonbori, which is quite convenient. We usually need a microwave, but unfortunately the hotel doesn't have one, which is a bit lacking. However, the staff will help when necessary. I'm quite satisfied.

The service attitude at the front desk is also very good. You have to borrow a bottle to get water by yourself, and there is free coffee. The room is small but clean, but the trash can in the bathroom is too small, making it inconvenient to throw things away. There are many foreigners in the hotel, which makes it feel a bit cluttered.
