After communicating with the translator for a while, she ran to the back for a long time, holding a bunch of new sheets and pillowcases, and told me through the translator that I had to take them upstairs to make the bed myself. Me? ? ? After another round of communication, the front desk lady went upstairs to make the bed by herself. It's really hard for this job. The hotel management is very problematic. The only bright spot of this hotel: providing self-service mouthwash

The room is not big in size, but it feels more spacious than a 17-square-meter room. Two boxes can be opened. The bed is much smaller, so it is OK for two people to sleep. It is clean and the garbage is collected every day. The only drawback is that there is no bottled water. The location of the hotel is average.

I have been to Japan so many times, and this hotel is the most difficult to communicate with. I booked the best room type of this hotel and stayed for a total of 5 days. There was no cleaning for 2 days, and no staff in the whole hotel could speak English, so it was basically impossible to communicate. Various problems occurred in the middle. Ctrip actively helped to communicate, but the feedback was that I needed to wait for Japanese colleagues to communicate again, and the hotel did not speak English. . The hotel's disposable supplies are very poor, the bathroom is very slippery, and I fell directly after taking a shower! And the room is very low, and I often hit my head. . In terms of size, because the largest room type we booked has a good space, other room types may not even be able to put luggage. . The location is also OK, not far from Umeda and Namba, it is between them, but it is a certain distance from the subway, which may be a bit inconvenient if there are a lot of luggage. In short, I will not stay here next time I come to Osaka, and the overall experience is quite disappointing.

酒店位置還行，房間不大，在大阪算正常。離澱屋橋地鐵站走路十分鐘。附近有兩個便利店。酒店不是每天打掃，為了環保會隔3-4天打掃一次。如次日需打掃，需要提前打電話告知前台。這個也是到最後幾天才知道，房間裏的告知塑料單一定要記得仔細閲讀。 入住和退房基本自助，上樓前可以在大廳拿需要的茶包，咖啡包，漱口水，卸粧濕巾等。非常的貼心
