This hotel is under Hotel Route Inn management. So the room is as usual to be small and cramped. Yet its facilities are far less than Hotel Route Inn. No public bath. Poor breakfast variety choice. Chargeable car parking. Hotel also locates 10 mins. to 15 mins. walk from all tourist spots.
Hotel serves guests in tourist region rather than key business region. Tourists like to have snapshots and take photos. Some receptionist is impolite to interfere tourist to take snapshots in hotel. Working in hospitality industry, don't understand why staff is allowed to wear masks instead of smiling face. It seriously causes guests bad impression.

The hotel is very close to popular shopping areas, just a short walk away. There's enough space in the room to fully open a suitcase, and the staff are very enthusiastic.

Honestly, the room was really small. The service was okay, but I have a few points to make. When I checked in, I specifically asked for a non-smoking room and not a corner room. However, they still gave me a corner room, and one morning I saw the cleaning staff tidying up a personal room that was clearly much bigger than mine. It was quite frustrating to be given a corner room that was so small. I probably won't be staying here again.

The hotel's location is great, right next to Nagahoribashi subway station, and only about 600 meters from Shinsaibashi shopping street. There are 7-Eleven and FamilyMart convenience stores nearby, which is very convenient! The staff were also very friendly and helpful!

Really good hotel. It takes about 15 minutes of walking to reach Namba. Rooms were above average in-size and hotel was located off the busy nightlife area.
2-3 minutes walk to train station easy with luggage. This is my second time staying in this hotel. Will definitely return.
