Fine for a quick 1 night stay before getting the Shinkansen at Shin Osaka station, but I wouldn’t recommend for staying more than that. Reception was a total facade for how nice the hotel was. Room was okay, but dusty and there was hair in the bathroom that definitely wasn’t ours. A cheap stopover night, but that is all it should be used for.

Worst hotel I ever stayed. The reception and service at front desk is up to standard. The hotel interior is rather dated and the facilities inside was in terrible conditions. When I checked in my room the washing basin was falling apart and we were arranged to move to another room. The second room was full of smoking smell despite we were told it is a non smoking room. Turning on the ventilation made the smell even stronger. From the moment we settled in the second room, we began to feel itchy on our legs. In the next morning my wife neck was covered with insect bites. After staying for two nights, we decided to moved to another hotel despite we have booked this hotel for four nights. I can only suggest other to avoid booking this hotel at all cost. I'm also very disappointed such a hotel is on the hotel list of trip.com and I certainly will have second thought in booking hotel via trip.com in future.

This place is really convenient and good located. There is near convenient store.

2 beds room is unexpected small. Hotel staffs are nice and helpful to keep luggage after check-out.

Although it is classified as Shin-Osaka, I chose this hotel considering that I would be traveling on the Hankyu line, so it was convenient to get to Minamikata Station as I had hoped. There is a Komeda restaurant and a convenience store close by, so a hotel room without meals is sufficient!! There are various smartphone chargers (iPhone/Android) available in the room, which was very convenient. Also, there are self-service amenities such as toothbrushes in the lobby, so I thought it was good and efficient. (There was also DHC cosmetics, which is great for women, which was convenient, so if the hotel has them on hand, why not advertise them at the information desk?) The sound of the air conditioning is a bit annoying, but you can solve the problem by bringing earplugs!! Other than that, it was a good value hotel.

The room was small, but the pajamas were separate for top and bottom and the front desk was clean. It's a little far from Shin-Osaka, but overall it was good.

The hotel is close to Shin-Osaka Station. I knew where it was, so I made a reservation after knowing how far it was from the station. So I was aware that it was close to the station. There are also many convenience stores nearby. It seems to be a renovated version of the old Chisun Hotel, and has all the necessary facilities. It felt old in every corner, but considering the price, I thought it was reasonable. Coffee was sold at the front desk for a fee. They also looked after my suitcases, which was very helpful. Amenities were the type that you picked up at the front desk. They were of good quality, which was great! I was very happy to be able to stay at such a low price.

In terms of hardware: the room is small, the bathroom facilities are old, and it is close to the subway station. It is very convenient to go to the airport or the city. In terms of software: The breakfast is not luxurious, it is acceptable and relatively clean, and the overall service attitude is very satisfactory👍. There is one detail that needs to be mentioned. There is an air humidifier and purifier in the room, but the humidification container is dry. Guests need to remove the container and fill it with water. I think many customers don't know how to operate it, and there should be customer service staff to operate it regularly. If there is no water in the humidifier, it is useless.

About 5 minutes walk from Shin-Osaka Station on the Midosuji Line. I think it's about 8 minutes from the Shinkansen terminal, but it's a walkable distance with a carrier. It's a large hotel with a convenience store nearby and facing a main street, so I think it would be easy for a single woman to stay there. Probably because it was a busy time, there were 3 counters, but I lined up to check in. Amenities are freely available in the lobby, so I'm glad I was able to travel empty-handed as they had everything from lotion to body towels. It would have been nice to have a hair iron available to rent. The room has basic necessities, so although it's small, I think it's fine for a young couple. Although it is a unit bath, the shower head is clean and has a large shower head, so I think the cleanliness of the hotel is an issue. Basic sets such as pot, tea, hairdryer, Febreze etc. are available in the room. Wi-Fi was a little weak, but I think it depends on the room. It was very convenient for the price, so I think I will use it again when I go to Osaka.
