The hotel is located at the end of Shinsaibashi. There are McDonald's and family mark nearby. There is a grilled fish set meal that is good and saved my Chinese stomach. Our family of three booked twin beds. The room was barely big enough to open two suitcases at the same time. The bed was also very comfortable and we slept well every night.
