Great value bed breakfast and spa entry. Fab location to KIX & Tennoji. I love large baths, and Spa world definately has a lot of them. This was perfect after the long flight to Japan. This is probably how I'll start my Japan trips from now on.

我經常旅遊在外住宿旅館、這家飯店是我住過最後悔的一家、我絕對不會再入住、原本滿懷希望有溫泉可以盡情的泡、結果是一場災難、從check in 開始、沒有一個會講英文的服務人員、更不要說中文了、全員只會說日文、然候要自助check in ,系統設計雖然有中文跟英文的螢幕、但是使用的中文字讓我們對它感到迷糊、因為詞不達意、最後還是要服務人員幫忙用翻譯機再次翻譯才明白、然候我們被戴上一個可笑的手環、進出都要刷手環條碼、好監控你進出飯店、整個Hotel還完全禁止穿鞋、連自備乾淨的一次性拖鞋也禁止穿、只能光腳或是穿襪、地板其實沒有乾淨到能光腳的程度、都還是會踩到渣渣、也因為光腳結果災難來了、我朋友在大堂因為地板高低差而跌倒、大約晚間泡完溫泉10點多的時間、她跌倒在地板上坐了10分鐘爬不起來、竟然沒有一個服務人員過來幫忙、她自己拐著腳回到房間、我們自己冰敷、隔天跟櫃檯反應這個事情、結果又是無法溝通、因為他們只會講日文、在翻譯機的輔助下、終於跟他們反應清楚事情、希望他們重視地板高低差問題、不要再有人因此受傷、結果隔天還是沒有標示、危險依然存在、昨天我們回到台北、立即去醫院檢查、結果腳掌骨折立即住院、今天要開刀、雖然溫泉設備真的不錯、早餐也算合格、但是其他完全一言難盡、服務很差、對事故反應很差、要招攬國際客源、竟然沒有一個人可以說英文、發生事情、連個經理都沒出面、我們是有水準的人不會在現場大吵大鬧、但是被這樣對待必須讓所有人都知道、這是在飯店大堂發生的、竟然可以這樣被漠視.非常失望.

新今宮站下車步行不用五分鐘就會到達，沿路有唐吉軻德。飯店離網美介紹拍攝通天閣的地方非常進（超讚）、飯店是自助入住登記還是會有櫃檯會協助，不會說中文、會用手機翻譯與你溝通，所以溝通不困難，退房也是自動繳費系統。
飯店入住有一個簡易類似紙張手環給房客，任何飯店多延伸的費用都是刷手環，退房自助機器繳費很方便。
溫泉都很棒，只可惜房間沒有冷氣，熱到都全家都睡不著。

號稱世界最大級的室內天然温泉，酒店實為大温泉的附屬設施，離大阪名勝通天閣直線距離僅約200多米，從大阪御堂筋線動物園站出來也衹有約200米，由於日本此次5.1有10天連休日，此處基本都是拖家帶口的日本家庭，泡温泉休閑確實不錯，客房基本處於滿房狀態，早餐須排隊約半小時之久，算上温泉+早餐480元的單人間也算物有所值，但該店正門處於約30多級的台階之上，電梯所處位置非一般人能找到，還有必須在10點之前退房且沒有行李寄存對觀光客很不方便，是訂房時必須考慮的因素。
