Location is excellent being next to Shin Osaka station. All staff are well trained, friendly and helpful. We have no issues in communicating with the staff. Rooms are spacious & roomy enough for two pax. They are clean as well. Being next to the train station, there are plentiful eateries available in the station; in case one does not wish to take meals in the hotel.

Very clean and convenient location. The hotel service is also good. Just outside the door is the large subway station Shin-Osaka, and there are many delicious food.
