Close to Shin-Osaka Station, convenient for Shinkansen use and business trips
It is helpful to have a microwave oven in the room
The room was cleaned, but

It was convenient to have a coin laundry in the ba*****t. The key to the room is a type that inputs numbers at the door, so I felt it was a little troublesome although it was safe.

The facilities are quite old, and there is no power supply where you need it. There are extension cords, so it's not that inconvenient.
The price is cheap, so I think it's worth the price.
