Like the location near train station n Tennoji Park. Staff not good at English n with helpful. Lots of freebies though room is small but cosy.

I stayed this hotel in 2017 which was impressed me by lots of amenities provided in the lobby as well as the drinks and snacks. 5 years past, I insisted to stay in this hotel and finally without any regrets. The room is clean and a massage chair in the room as before. The snack has been changed to the complimentary aftertea which is impressive. Chinese staff is of much assistance when I checked in and provided lots of information of the hotel facilities.

Free drinks, free ramen, free karaoke what more can you ask for? Love this hotel

1) Room type: A family of 3 stayed in a small suite. It was very big. The bathroom was separated into wet and dry areas and there was a large bathtub. The kids liked it very much. The only drawback was that the decoration style was very old-fashioned? It is recommended to remove the bed curtains to make it look neater... 2) Equipment and supplies: The room is fully equipped with a microwave, capsule coffee machine, massage chair, and supplies for women, such as dhc makeup remover, face wash, lotion and cream, contact lens liquid, and men's hair wax... It is so complete. In addition to two small bottles of water, the refrigerator also comes with a large bottle of water for boiling, which is very considerate. There are various supplies in the lobby on the first floor, such as hair bands and bath salts. There is also a children's playground on the fourth floor, but I didn't go there to experience it, so I can't comment on it. 3) Location: Just a 5-minute walk from the exit of Tennoji Station! Kintetsu Department Store and Mio are within a 5-minute walk. It is a good place to avoid tourists to buy things. There are FamilyMart, Toriki Yakiniku, chain curry shops, Wangjiang Dumplings, Izakaya... It is so convenient to pack some and bring them back to the room for microwave! 4) Service: You will be given a voucher for a certain percentage of the room rate when you check in, which can be exchanged for breakfast (children can make their own pizza). There is a free beverage bar on the first floor, where you can make various tea bags, afternoon tea snacks, and free ramen in the evening. Service: The key point! There is Chinese service, especially the Chinese-speaking girls are very friendly and have super sweet smiles! The child broke the kettle and we asked for compensation. The girl comforted us first and then gave us a new kettle, saying that it was not intentional and it was okay. I was warmed! It rained on the day of leaving the store, and umbrellas were provided at the door that could be taken away. It was very detailed~ Don't expect too much, there will be surprises hahahaha

Last time I went to Osaka, I stayed at this hotel which was very cost-effective. There was free karaoke, free afternoon tea, and free ramen for midnight snacks.

The room is very clean, with dry and wet separation, toiletries and so on. There are free afternoon tea, supper and drinks. The transportation is very convenient, and the subway station is only a few minutes' walk away. There is a mature business district nearby. I will choose it again next time I go.

Love this hotel so much! It's great. The room is not too small and very comfortable. All supporting facilities are available and very complete! What shocked me was that even the curling iron was thoughtfully provided! ! Really love it! There is a 24-hour all-you-can-drink coffee, tea and water buffet on the first floor of the hotel. There is also free ramen to cook in the evening (I brought food from the convenience store back to cook noodles for two consecutive nights hahaha). Free afternoon tea on the third floor of the hotel. You will be given coupons for afternoon tea at the party. The afternoon tea is great with various small cakes, and you can also make your own ice cream DIY! Compared to hotels in Tokyo, this hotel in Osaka is really worth it. It’s so comfortable and affordable! I will stay at this hotel next time I come to Osaka🎉

This is the most considerate hotel I have ever stayed in. Anyway, all the stores you need have been arranged for you. The various small items and bath salts in the lobby are very good. The hotel's free afternoon tea and ramen for supper are delicious. There are also free vouchers for various drinks on the first and third floors. The room is not big and the surrounding transportation is convenient. The first choice for next time in Osaka

A hotel that surprised the whole family Transportation: It is about 300 to 500 meters away from the north exit of Tennoji Station. It is very convenient and is a hotel with few Chinese tourists. Room: I booked a 4-person room with two bunk beds. Two children sleep on the single bed, and my husband and I sleep on the double bed. One bed for each person is simply too wise for the special forces trip. They don't disturb each other. Each bed has a blackout curtain, which is great. Although the room is small, it has everything. It is simply an Amway Japanese home decoration model room. The dry and wet separation of the bathroom is very good. The separate room on the left is the toilet, and the right is a standardized bathtub + rain shower Japanese bathroom, a large bathtub. I booked a room without breakfast and returned a 20% coupon. It is enough to eat breakfast. Breakfast can be delivered to the room if it is reserved one night in advance. On the first floor, you can pick up various disposable items, bath salts, shampoo, shower gel, tongue scraper, etc. You can drink free drinks all day, including coffee. You can eat free ramen every night and DIY it yourself. Exceeded expectations.

The hotel provides a variety of beauty packages and can add a baby cot, which is very considerate. Coupons can be used to redeem meals and afternoon tea, which is great!

This hotel is next to Tennoji subway station, which makes travel very convenient. The rooms are very large and have massage chairs and jacuzzi bathtubs, as well as free afternoon tea. There are also various bath salts and samples on the first floor. A lot of vouchers were given when checking in. This is the most satisfying hotel I have ever stayed in in Japan.

The service is first-class and there are Chinese-speaking waiters. You will get a cash voucher when you check in, which can be used in the hotel. The hotel provides a series of trial products and different skin care products and bath products. Ramen is provided every night, and the soy sauce and tonkotsu ramen are both delicious. There is a 24-hour wine supply, and afternoon tea is available every day. I will choose this hotel next time I come to Osaka! 

The location is convenient. Kansai Airport is directly connected to JR Tennoji Station. It takes 4 minutes to travel from the north exit. There is a stack of coupons that can be used as cash when checking in. The waiter's attitude is very good, but the lighting in the room is too dark.

The waiters are all great, and I would like to give special praise to Shen Gu Shen Heng. If you go there, you must plan your coupons properly. Don't be like me, I spent 17,000 in one day.
