I chose this hotel because of its location for attending a live concert. It was right in front of Abeno Harukas, and close to Tennoji Station. There is a shopping mall next door, so you can get almost everything you need.
The hotel front desk staff were polite and they were happy to store my luggage for me.
The room was clean and they provided bottled water for free, which was very helpful as I was tired and went home without stopping at a convenience store.
I would like to stay here again.

There were no dangerous situations for us, and we had a pleasant trip.
The cleaning people were also Japanese, and they responded very kindly even though I said I only wanted to change towels.
There were some stains on the wallpaper and dust in the corners of the carpet on the floor. The condition of the bedding was very good. The quality of the water in the bathroom was good and I felt like I was in a hot spring after washing.
