離地鐵站很近，步行50米。
酒店適合一個人住，房間很小，不過很乾凈。
訂房前看清楚是否是無煙房。
沒有浴缸不能泡澡，衹能淋浴。
還有房間WIFI信號很差，看視頻都會卡。
不過已lobby的WIFI比較快。

장점: 위치는 최고의 장소 바로앞 도부쓰엔마에역 과 걸어서 2분거리인 신이마미야역이 있어서 매우 편함 그리고 또 메가돈키가 있어서 쇼핑도 편함
단점: 역 바로 앞이라 시끄러움 밤에도 기차지나다니는 소리가 들려서 예민한 사람들은 잠에 깰수 있음

房間很乾凈，不要覺得靠近貧民區不好，周圍沒有看見什麼流浪漢。往北走不遠就是通天閣，吃的東西很多。出門右手就是地鐵口，直達日本橋心齋橋等景點。評論裏説的離地鐵軌道近比較吵，但是可以發郵件讓酒店給你留個背靠軌道的。我就是郵件聯繫安排好的。一樓有投幣洗衣機和烘乾機，洗衣液50日元在前台可以買。

價格：
非常便宜，物超所值。
交通：
飯店位置非常棒，就在地鐵旁，走路2分鐘內，無論是機場和飯店來回，還是要來訪各地都非常方便。
機能：
附近有警察局，四家全家和兩家Lawson ，還有兩條吃喝玩樂俱全的商店街。
房間：
房間雖小，但該有的設施都有，而且有些超乎預期的點，但還是有些瑕不掩瑜的小缺點。
優點：
1、 插座也非常多，可以同時充電多設備+吹頭髮。
2、29吋行李箱攤開也沒有問題。
3、有個我覺得特別方便的設計是電燈開關除了在門口有設立外，在床頭也有設置，這樣有睡意時，無需起床走到門口，直接在床上就可以關燈，這對易失眠者幫助很大，不會因為起床關燈而失去睡意。
缺點：
1、房間隔音很差，走廊外有人聊天走過，樓上有較大動靜，聲音都非常清楚。
2、我這次住靠馬路側的房間，沒有遇到其他網友說很吵的電車經過聲，但治安感覺不是太好，入住五晚，幾乎天天半夜都有聽到警車、救護車的聲音。
但整體而言，我覺得還是很值得入住的，下次如有到關西且還有靠馬路旁的房間，我會願意再次入住。

交通很方便，很適合從關西機場進大阪的旅客，不需要轉車直達。吃的附近太多很方便。自助沒一點問題，建議房間配一瓶飲用水，因為機場過來一般時間較晚也累了不想下樓找水。

地點：非常便利，鄰近南海新今宮站，機場有南海特急ラピート直達，JR線新今宮站離酒店僅為3分鐘，地下鐵動物園前站更為於酒店門外。
鄰近景點：酒店已位於新世界，徒步不需3分，晚上喝酒的好去處
酒店空間：單人間為標準，可接受，主要空間實用有加分，惟洗手盤不在廁所內
減分點：酒店非常接近JR路軌，因應房間位置，有點嘈炒
