The location is very good, a 5-minute walk from Shin-Osaka Station.
Please be careful as Google route guidance may sometimes lead you back slightly.
A typical compact hotel in Japan.
It looks a bit old, but the cleanliness is very good and the staff provide good service.
The bathroom is small, but the hot water and water pressure are great!!
Breakfast offers just the right amount of variety but tastes good.
It's not fancy, but it's a good value hotel.

新聞に掲載されていたように、部屋から新幹線が走るのを見る事が出来ました。
朝食もとても美味しく頂けました。
大きな荷物が有る時は正面から入るのは大変です。貼り紙は無いですが、右側から入るといいかと思います。

The hotel lobby is very unique. The parent-child room is also very spacious. There is a bathtub. There are indoor and outdoor hot springs. Clean and comfortable. The breakfast is so-so. The advantage is that it is very close to Shin-Osaka Station. You can go through the parking lot through the back door and walk for about 5 minutes to the east entrance. You can live there on weekdays, but I think the price is a bit high if you stay on weekends
