Location is good, near to metro station. Staff attitude is polite and friendly. Will stay again in future.

Very cool hotel in a very convenient location to Kuromon Market (across the street) and Kintetsu-Nippombashi subway station (two min walk). Staff was very pleasant and professional. Room was extremely clean and well appointed. Would definitely stay there again. The only thing is I would forgo breakfast at the hotel for breakfast out in town as there are so many options

The room is very nice for 3 adults. Clean and comfortable. Location also very good nearby the subway and Kuromon Market。

Location is good. Near to all activities around namba. There's a beautiful rooftop with nice view, do check it out. The room is fairly small, typical of japan business hotel. Booked a twin room, hardly has the space to open our luggage. Toilet is also small. Will book again if the price is good.

Good location! You can go anyway you want to go shopping. The train station is also pretty close!

Nice location and it looks clean and new . The location is good , just opposite kuromon market . the nearest station nipponbashi 😀 there is usb charging port which is convenient so we don’t need to use travel adaptor . the room has basic amenities and additional ones can be self -helped at the lift lobby beautiful sky roof terrace

Room was typical small Japanese hotel rooms. Everything was clean and tourist friendly. There’s an outdoor smoking room for smokers. Amenities are at Lobby in one-time use sachets . Check-in/out were fairly simple and quick! Take exit 5 from nipponbashi station and there’s an elevator , great for Travellers with luggage. 5-7 mins walk to Namba ! All good. Book a bigger room if you need more space especially if u have more luggage

Clean hotel. A little small, but has lots of free amenities at the hotel lobby. Overall a really decent stay. Good value for money!

First time here and enjoyed the stay! Location is alright, as it still requires a distance of walk to the train stations etc but still considered a good spot They offer free donuts at a certain period and free flow coffee throughout the day at the hotel lobby (thank cos for these during the cold winter) For amenities like soap/shampoo/face wash/ comb etc - they are free to take right before you take the lift up to your room. I like this concept since you take what you require Thoroughly enjoyed their simple and healthy breakfast selection. It's usually almost the same food every day but no complaints as they were yummy

Very good location, easy access to train stations, shopping areas. Love the snacks provided for tea break eg. Donuts and free flow of coffee, water, ice available at front desk. The room is a little small and aircon temperature not cold enough. Overall still thumbs up.

Very nice hotel located in central of osaka ! The hotel located beside a convenient store and it takes around 2-3 to train station ! super great location bed is comfortable ~ just the breakfast i wouldnt recommend but others is 10/10

Very convenient, located within walking distance to Namba, 2-3 minutes walk from Nipponbashi station exit 5 and just directly opposite Kuromon Market. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. They help with luggage delivery to another hotel. Hotel room is clean and nice.

Highly recommended to stay. Their staff are friendly even we communicate using translator but they are very helpful try to fulfill your need.

The hotel is quiet, has nearby facilities and shops, and is suitable for communications.
