Good services. They help us to keep our luggages before check in. Love the buns and coffee at the lobby. The hotel onsen was good, free ice cream at the onsen entrance. Location was great, short walk to Dontonbori.

Nice hotel located just right outside Shinbaishi Station with only a short walk distance of 5 minutes. The hot spring is great but one drawback is … CHECK-IN TIME IS 8 PM.

The size of the room is good with enough space around the bed. There is a big window that offers a nice view of the sky and the buildings. It's within walking distance to Dotonbori, where you can find numerous restaurants and shops along the way. Additionally, it's just a few minutes' walk to Shinseibashi station, making it convenient to travel around. We even took a day trip to Kyoto and Nara, which was easily accessible by train. The hotel also has laundry machines, which is a plus. They even provide a free lounge where you can enjoy freshly baked bread with tea or coffee. On the 13th floor, there is an onsen facility exclusive to the hotel guests, and they also offer small drinks or popsicles after you finish bathing, which is very refreshing. I highly recommend staying here.

Very good location in Osaka. If you stay in this hotel you are in the heart of the city where all tourists activity are nearby. I just has one comment, the room size was small.

Very cozy hotel. Just one block away from parco and walking street. Excellent location. Room for as small but have space to store two large luggage.

Hotel Hillary Shinsaibashi - Great location as very close to Dohtonburi, Shinsaibashi Metro train stop (around 8 mins walk), We booked family room with 2 x Double beds for a family of 4 (2A & 2C). (Biggest on the floor based on their floor plan) Rooms looks quite modern but just lack some space for luggage. However still considered as decent for Osaka compared to our last visit 5 years ago in Airbnb. Room is clean, amenities provided, bathrobe and towels also provided. Room cleaning not included and comes at an extra cost, however they will still come and replace the bin, towel and bathrobe fresh everyday as required. Will definitely consider to stay in this hotel again and will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

not bad, very close to station, lot of shopping and restaurants surrounded

The hotel room is really small sized. Breakfast not that great. Walking distance to many malls, Daimaru and eateries. Quite near to train Shin sai ba shi station, Walking distance to hotel. Laundry service available in certain floors. If staying just 1 or 2 days than this hotel is good but if more than 3 days good to look for other hotels nearby.

I stay in twin double beds which is considered 1 of the best space I had in Japan. Room is clean and access to attractions are near (15 to 30 min depending on place). MRT is less than 10min walk.👍

The location is really good! Minutes walk to train station. Overall it’s a good stay, just that they do not provide bottled water. Hot spa facility is available and it’s wonderful, feels relaxed after the hot bath. They provided below spray and the fragrance is good
