This hotel is clean and comfortable.the room is slightly small for 3 person with 3 Large luggage.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was tidy and it was bigger than the average size you could find in Japan. The hotel staff were helpful. Location was good and there’s a metro station nearby, so it was easy to go to various tourist attractions.

We were able to check in an hour early so that's a plus. Easy access to the subway.

Overall, great experience! The room was big for the price. Which made it well worth it. The staff were kind but could show a bit more initiative. The rooms were clean and the amenities were plentiful. The location was also very convenient. I would stay again!

Room was small for 3 but i like it clean n neat.The staff was friendly but please do not give me the wrong key again next time i check in so u can get the additional smiley.

Very good location only two stations from Osaka station or namba station. But you need to change line in metro system. The place nearby the hotel is very quiet. Value for money hotel the price is generally 30 percentage less than the other hotel two stations away. If you don’t mind to change line in metro system it is a very good choice!

About 4-10min walk to stations, rooms are nice and clean. Service was not perfect, gym was also gone even though it was advertised.

Would recommend if someone don’t mind travelling a distance to tourist areas. If you do then you might consider somewhere nearer.
