The room is not big but has all the basic facilities and the service details are well arranged. The transportation is extremely convenient, there are many restaurants, and the bread in the cafe downstairs is delicious.

There was a hairpin on the floor of the room. The toilet lid wasn't automatic so it made a loud bang when closing. The marinated salmon at breakfast was delicious!

The room is very good and well-equipped. The front desk has complete facilities for washing, applying face and skin care. Girls can only bring a change of clothes when staying in this hotel. The only drawback is that the bathroom was not cleaned every day.

Many guests are from overseas. There are times when it gets busy, such as during welcome drinks and breakfast, but it is usually fairly empty. There are many restaurants in the Yodoyabashi and Kitahama areas, and Shinchi is also nearby, making it a convenient place for business use.

Nice hotel, located on top of one of the subway station exit. Convinience store is next door and a nice cafe ne t to it.

The room is fine except that it is small. The lobby, which is also the lounge and breakfast room, is very romantic and just like the pictures, or even better than the pictures. I also sat in the outdoor seats for a while to enjoy the scenery. The free coffee in the lobby is very good, but I basically only drink one cup for breakfast. I don't have time for other things because I am busy outside. The transportation is very convenient. It is two or three stations away from Dotonbori. The hotel is at the intersection of two lines, which is convenient for going to Nara and Kyoto. I would like to stay there again if I travel next time.

Very disappointed with the accommodation, the most disappointing of the entire trip to Japan. Firstly, cleanliness was lacking; the sofa in the room was very dirty and old, with obvious stains. Secondly, there were stains on the toilet seat. Thirdly, the room was much smaller than described. Comparable rooms in Kyoto had space to unpack luggage, but this hotel did not. Fourthly, the female staff at the hotel reception (more than one) were extremely arrogant and rude. During check-in, they were indifferent, although polite in language, their attitude was evident. As there was a welcome drink upon check-in, it required exchanging a coin at the front desk. However, no one informed me how to exchange it, just said to use the coin, so I naturally assumed that a staff member would collect the coin. After waiting, I found the bar completely empty. Reluctantly, I had to return to the front desk to inquire. At that time, the front desk staff looked at me with disdain and told me to insert the coin into a machine there to get the drink. Their tone and expression made me very uncomfortable, and they couldn't even bother to point out the location of the machine to me, which is surprising in Japan. I originally booked the Royal Park Hotel in Kyoto for June, but now it seems better to cancel. Who wants to spend money to be at the mercy of others and stay in unpleasant rooms? PS: The two male staff members I encountered were relatively friendly.

Un excellent hôtel, d’une propreté irréprochable, à la décoration cossue, et au personnel accueillant et parfaitement anglophone. Check-in automatique sur borne ce qui accélère le processus. Metro sous l’hôtel. Emplacement top dans un quartier hupé sans tumulte, avec d’excellents restaurants aux alentours accessibles à pied. La Chambre de base est tout à fait convenable, sobre, confortable. Literie agréable. Salle de bain haut de gamme très appréciable. On mettra l’accent sur la propreté globale. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, varié, avec des produits de qualité. Excellente rapport qualité prix dans l’ensemble pour cet hôtel, à recommander absolument.

I will consider staying in this hotel again. The location, service and facilities are satisfactory. The main guests of the hotel seem to be Europeans and Americans. The hotel breakfast is also European-style, which may be a little unfamiliar to us Asians.
