Very excellent hotel as expected. I have stayed the hotel for many times and very enjoyable the stay each time. The hotel is exceptionally perfect, along with the very convenient location and the staffs there are very friendly and helpful. Fast and easy prior checkin and checkout process. The hotel location is very convenient, with just a 5 minutes walk to a 24hours shopping center Donki, and McDonald just located downstairs the hotel. Guess what, there is a specific limited train toy with the McDonald happy meal, please go and grab one yourself. The hotel becomes my first time when going to Osaka and certainly will go the hotel again next time very soon.

It's very good for the price, and it's worthy of being called Toyoko.
The hygiene is good, and there is a simple breakfast. There is a water dispenser and ice cubes in the lobby. You can see the Tsutenkaku from the window in the corridor. I am quite satisfied.

Located near Tsutenkaku Tower, the location is very convenient, but the hotel size is smaller than other branches. The air conditioner in the room had a peculiar smell, but I didn't transfer the room because I only stayed for two days. I am very dissatisfied and do not recommend it. Check-in must be after 4pm and check-out must be before 10am. This policy is very annoying! There is only one elevator, and when checking out at 10am, you have to wait for 10 minutes for the elevator to go downstairs! Do not stay in this hotel!
