房間佈局合理但是看得出來裝潢比較粗糙。窗户沒有遮光窗簾，天一亮就沒法睡。地毯很臟。廁所還算乾淨。

酒店位於安靜的社區裏，旁邊有個中型超市很方便。早餐還算豐盛，就是高峯的時候如果碰到旅遊團會沒有位置。
離地鐵近，離心齋橋步行可達。
酒店工作人員會英文，非常Nice！

飯店整體環境整潔，設計新穎，氣氛很好。
出入口位於1樓，大廳櫃台層位於4樓，因此進出時不會經過櫃檯，對害羞的人來說，這樣的動線設計可減少與工作人員的招呼應對，能減少部分社交壓力。
但服務人員其實非常親切，我們入住時遇到了房間預訂內容有誤的狀況，有位也是台灣人的櫃檯人員即時使用中文協助，讓狀況得以順利解決，超級感謝。
而其他位日本工作人員也都相當和善親切，因此整體來說我們是超級滿意，下次到大阪時會再次入住，也再次感謝飯店的工作人員們。
