房間不大，乾淨，設施都有。把椅子換個位置，可以攤開兩個行李箱。樓下就是心齋橋，購物吃飯方便。前台在二樓，有一個老者會中文，但不是一直都在。前台有口譯的軟件，也可以交流。去機場，前台可以給叫車到難波電車站，我們買的指定細的，直達關西機場。

對於大阪來説，房間已經很大了。我們是三大一小入住的，一共是三個單人床！房間乾淨整潔，如果需要打掃每天早上把磁吸牌子貼在門上就會來打掃衞生！樓層也很高，可以看到道頓崛的🎡。入住和退房也很方便。大廳可以免費領取洗漱用品，房間裏也會提供洗漱用品！早餐味道也不錯，地理位置是比較靠近心齋橋尾部了！
