Shinsaibashi Bespoke Hotel It is very convenient to come from Kansai Airport. It takes only a few minutes to walk after getting off the train! You can also walk to Shinsaibashi for shopping. The location is good! The hotel is small, you get what you pay for! The environment and sanitation services are still good, but our refrigerator does not cool at all, which is really not ideal!

The front desk staff are young and polite. The room is small but well-equipped and very clean. Umbrellas are provided in the lobby on rainy days. You can walk to Shinsaibashi in a few minutes and there is Lawson & Seven opposite. The transportation is very convenient. Will come again next time.

Due to Ctrip's problems, I was unable to check in at the original B&B. Fortunately, Ctrip solved the problem in a timely manner and temporarily changed the booking to this hotel in Shinsaibashi. The location is very close to Nagahoribashi subway station and a little away from the Shinsaibashi shopping street. The hotel is very soundproof and super quiet. There are some small shops around, and there are many food and small shops in the Nagahoribashi subway station. If the weather is bad, it is also a good choice to walk underground. As for the room facilities, the configuration of Japanese hotels is basically available, but the room is really too small, and my 28-inch suitcase can only be barely opened. But considering the geographical location, this situation can be ignored. Once again, I would like to praise Ctrip's customer service butler Zhou Zhou. She helped me solve the problem of the original B&B reservation in time.
