I stayed here during my 5-day trip to Osaka this time. Check-in instructions are clear and convenient. It's very close to Kansai Airport. You don't need to transfer if you take JR, it only takes 5-7 minutes. It takes only 4 minutes to get to various places in Osaka by subway. There is excitement after 4 minutes of walking.
Heating and hot water are very good and stable.
The supplies are clear and complete (towels, coffee, tea, toothbrushes, unexpectedly, nightgowns). All supplies and equipment have instructions in Chinese.
The room has a view of the Sky Tower, about a five-minute walk.
