It was the best stay throughout our whole trip in Japan, bigger than the ones we stayed in Kyoto and Tokyo. And breakfast buffet was really good even our toddler loved it. Definitely worth paying for it. Will love to stay again next time we visit.

I think it reserves 4 stars instead of 3 compared to some of the 4 stars hotel, the overall is comparable. The place is clean and the service is awesome, I even try my very first public bath in this hotel, the sauna and the hot bath are really great! If i stay at Shin osaka, i will definitely stay here again.

快適に過ごせました。お風呂の小窓が開いていて、露天風呂に入っているような気持ちよさがありました。
ドリップコーヒーが部屋で飲みたかったけど、ローソンあるから善しとします。
また泊まりたいな。

新大阪駅のそばなので交通に不便なくてよかったです
車で行きましたが近くの駐車場もそこまで高くありません。
ホテルの中も綺麗でアメニティも充分でした。
コンビニやご飯屋も近くにあるため不便しませんでした

역에서 가깝고 방도 커서 답답하지 않아서 좋습니다
스탠다드 트윈룸에서 숙박을 하였고, 방에 욕조는 없었지만, 대욕장이 있어서 좋았습니다.
제공되는 잠옷도 부드러운 재질로 편하게 입었습니다.
단점은 층간소음이 심합니다. 윗방의 발소리, 의자끄는소리가 적나라하게 들립니다.
5박 중 2박은 괜찮았지만 나머지 3박은 층간소음으로 너무 힘들었습니다. 매일 저녁 8시부터 새벽 1시까지 쉬지 않고 계속 움직이던데 머하는건가 싶더군요.
모든 점이 좋았으니 저 하나로 인해 다신 방문하고 싶지 않습니다.
