1st time staying in this hotel and surprised that the no. Of room is a lot so the lobby is always full with travellers and toiletries always run out😅. But it was replenished time to time. We only took what we need but still need to wait. Breakfast is alright but it was the same for all 3 days of our stay, so started to get bored on the third day. 😂

Valuable stay. The location is perfect next to Nippombashi Station accessible to most shopping and dining area easily. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean, however tiny. Most toiletries were available and could be replenished daily.

Fantastic offerings, they have different types of personal hygiene items and facial products available for grab.

The hotel is conveniently located, near Namba Metro Station and right opposite the popular Dotombori Street. Similar to other Sotetsu hotels, they provide a comprehensive set of skincare, including cream and sunscreen. The soundproofing of the room is not great though; there were some inconsiderate guests who were making noise in the corridors late at late and we were woken up by them.

Hotel was a bit old, the service was good. Right across the road is Dontonburi food area.

This hotel is very well located in Dotonbori/Nipponbashi, Namba area. The room is clean although size wise is at smaller size typical of Japanese hotels. The only thing I regret is booking breakfast. Between 06:45 and 07:30 the breakfast line is too long. So book wisely.

Location is good. Room is small for one bedroom for couples. Suggest to book two single beds instead at least can sleep more comfortably. Check in and check out of hotel is by using the machine. Staffs are around but they will still point you to the machine to check in and out. We like the fishing restaurant at the basement. It is fun and nice.

Hotel is at a very convenient location. Just few mins walk to Dotonbori and subway.
Self check in and check out makes it more efficient. Very generous with the necessities like face wash, moisturiser, tea bags …….
The only disappointment was that we tried to borrow an iron but there was no available one for one whole day.
Overall highly recommended accommodation in Osaka

Location of the hotel is really convenient and accessible. Easy to locate using Google map. However, quite noisy on weekends when there are many ambulances passing by. Aircon is inconsistent even when on max. Sometimes weak, sometimes too cold.
