交通方便，CP值高，附近有超市、餐廳及藥局和便利商店，缺點為床太軟，垃圾桶太大佔空間，房間若四人住會太擠，若是不把沙發床打開，直接把床墊舖在地上，應該會好一點，有幾次老人家差點絆倒，其他都很好，尤其是有廚房，可簡單準備早餐。

駅から近く、周辺にはスーパーやコンビニ、100均もあり、とても便利でした。施設内は清潔で快適でした。また利用したいと思います。ひとつ要望としては2人以上対象の宿泊施設で洗濯機付であるならば、洗濯した際を考慮してハンガーをもう少し用意してあるといいなと思いました。

サッカー観戦で大阪を訪れ利用しました。電話にてアーリーチェックイン（１５時）をお願いしていたのですが、準備されていなかったため、電話で問い合わせ、できるだけ早く向かうと言う事だったので、炎天下の中数十分待ちました。ギリギリまで待ちましたが結局、チェックインできず、荷物を持ったまま休憩無しでサッカー観戦に行くことになり、大変疲れました。
その他には、寝具の枕の下の髪の毛と臭いが気になりました。

土地勘がなく天王寺駅で探していて、
当初は不安で到着しましたが、
駅目の前で、
朝ごはんが食べれるなか卯というお店がスグそこにあり、
スーパーもスグそこで
最高の立地でした。
洗濯もできて本当に快適でした。

就在御堂筋線的昭和町1號出口的巷子裡
有行李請走3號出口有電梯
有營業到半夜12點的超市 可以自炊 附近也便利商店跟餐飲
到天王寺一站3分鐘
到難波10分鐘
到梅田20分鐘
應該前一天就會收到入住方法(樓下信箱的密碼自取房間鑰匙/ 沒收到記得透過HOTELS溝通)
有洗衣機跟提供洗衣球
浴室可以設定烘乾來曬衣服
有瓦斯爐微波爐餐具

距離昭和町1號出口步行2分鐘，站旁邊就有一間大型life超市營業到夜晚12:00，裡面有各種食物和生活用品。超市旁邊有一間藥妝店，在昭和町站的十字路口還有另一間大型藥妝店，藥妝店都可以退稅。十字路口還有seria 100元店，東西很可愛。在昭和町站升降機的出口有一間24小時餐廳，炸雞很好吃。住宿樓下有沙龍剪髮和不少小餐廳。住的地方很安靜，每天可以洗衣服，浴室有晾衣架可以烘乾，十分方便。雖然有煮飯工具和鍋，鍋有點舊，不過沒有油和鹽需要自己購買。客服可以英文及中文服務，進出安全，床有點偏軟，沙發床上的墊子就更軟，喜歡的話應該很舒服。室內光線充足（燈夠亮，有陽光時更舒服。這是一次非常棒的體驗！
