The advantage is that the transportation is very convenient. It is not far from the JR Station Temman Station. It is very close to Sakuranomiya and Tenmangu Shrine. It is within walking distance. It is really not too convenient to take JR for a day trip around Osaka. The room is very large, which is rare in Japan. The bed can be regarded as a double bed. The facilities are complete and self-service check-in is very convenient. The disadvantage is that it is right next to the railway. Japanese houses do not directly open their balconies to face the railway. Although the room is separated by two doors and a space inside, the railway can still be heard. People who are light sleepers should think carefully. I personally don’t feel much sleep. effect and is therefore satisfactory.

The property is really close to JR Temma Station, just about 4 minutes away. But the main entrance of the building actually is located in a very quiet alley, which may make people fear a bit at the beginning when going back at night alone. Beside this, every is very good.

On arrival, checking in took a while as the tablet provided to take pictures of ourself with passports could not hold its Internet connection so we had to keep trying again. On checking in and making it to the room, it smelt of chemicals which was not the best. The kitchen utensils were all dirty and needed to be washed. The heating throughout the apartment was very dissapointing as we had a day or 2 of colder temperature and it was freezing thoughout the apartment, no other source of heating apart from the air conditioning.
No proper way of drying clothes either apart from hanging them out on the balcony which is not very secure.
The only benefits were we needed to add an extra day at the beginning which they managed to do. And we were in a convenient location.
With a few adjustments to this apartment we would visit again.

優點：房間整潔，足夠日用品及清潔用品，但沒有牀單及枕袋可替換。
可乘搭JR由天滿駅直接到関西機場，十分方便。
缺點：居住地點鄰近火車軌，由早上06:00至24:00一直聽到火車聲，對於淺睡人仕，不是樂事！

Traveling is very convenient. The room has everything ready. You can't find it anywhere at this price. The room was wide.
But if you can't sleep with noise (including the sound of people walking in nearby rooms and the sound of trains), you may need to use earplugs. Accommodation is completely prepared. But if you don't have any problems like me, it's a really great place to stay. Next time, I want to reserve this place again.
