I carelessly booked this hotel based on room size. Wasn't what I wanted. There was no front desk and no staff on site but the host was helpful and responsive over text messaging. Even helped me to update the luggage delivery timing. The only thing I couldn't tolerate was the noise from the street level. Osaka streets were very much alive throughout the night and there was constantly loud cars and chopper bikes, blaring ambulance and fire truck. There was literally no sound proofing. The experience could be better if it weren't so noisy.

The room is very large, but the facilities are not very good, the bed and back pain, the heating in the room does not cool down, the space is like a large room, but the bed is too big, there is no front font or writing, the lifeguard who talks to foreigners .

Unexpectedly, it was very nice to stay for three, and there were convenient facilities nearby, and it was a very satisfactory accommodation. It was fine except that I didn't know how to do it when I first checked in.

Overall, it’s okay. The price is a bit high for the size. The waiter is friendly.

I didn't like the dust piled up because the corners weren't cleaned properly. There was a bad smell in the room and the corridor, which was annoying. The walls are thin and there were times when I couldn't sleep until morning because I could hear conversations in the next room. It's close to the fire station, and there are frequent dispatches in the middle of the night. too noisy Graveyard outside the window. . . The owner's response was fast and kind!

I wish I had a comb and a razor!

Good sized apartment for Japan in a great location. Comfortable bed, although its low (no bedframe) which may not suit some. We stayed on top floor (7) which only had two apartments, however it was extremely noisy for at least 1 hour each night (starting around 10:30-12pm) from the occupants of the other apartment, and some days early morning too. Would not stay here again due to lack of sound proofing.

The first room I was assigned had multiple questionable red and brown stains on the carpet floor, was significantly smaller compared to pictures, and air conditioning unit was weak. The manager was very good with communicating back to me and moved my party to a larger room that was cleaner. The only issue with that room was that the refrigerator smelled like there was a dead rat in it. Good customer service overall.

Because I stayed on the second floor, I could never open the curtains. You can see the outside directly, and you can see the inside directly from the outside. Also, it was noisy because the upstairs was banging at night (2 o'clock). I stayed for a long period of time (5 days) and it would have been nice to have been on a higher floor. And since the accommodation is on a big street, the noise of motorcycle bikers was very loud.

It's narrower than I thought, and there's a cemetery just outside the smoking area. Cleanliness is not so good. The best thing is the water pressure.
