Very good service

Good hotel for reasonable price

Forgot to take pictures, it’s only a 2x minute tram ride away from Universal Studios. Very quiet and very close to the aquarium. There is a highway next to it, and there may be sounds of vehicles passing by at night. But there is no hot water kettle provided, so you can't make noodles.

The front desk was bright and clean and gave a good impression, and the room was spacious and comfortable.

There was a Bakery store there and I wanted to try it out, but I couldn't because I had originally reserved a breakfast set. The aroma of freshly made bread was intoxicating.

I used it for the night before going to Uni. The bath was small, but I wasn't relaxing so it didn't bother me. The location was very nice

The food and accommodation were good, but the room was too small. Breakfast is buffet style with a slightly richer variety. The Chinese people inside are quite friendly.

It was clean and comfortable.

初めて出張で利用しました。 駅から5～7分くらいで着きますが、コンビニしかなく大阪港側に行かないとレストランは少ない。 部屋は清潔で女性も利用しやすい。 夜は人通りがほとんどないのでずっとホテルにいました。 朝は隣にパン屋さんがあります。

大変お手数をおかけいたしましたが、 1時間ほどチェックインに時間がかかりました。 ご事情は把握しましたが、同じようなパターンの際の対応方法について、オペレーションをまとめて頂いた方がよろしいと思います。 御社が悪いわけではないかもしませんが、ただただ貴重な1時間を無駄にしてしまいました。 そのような際の顧客へのサービスや手当なども サービス業として、もう少し行き届いているとよろしいかと思います。 ありがとうございました。

お部屋が広く、白く清潔な雰囲気が良かったです。お風呂の浴槽が少し狭かったですが、お部屋が広かったからかなと思いました。机も十分な大きさで多くの荷物をお持ちの方も安心です。下にパン屋さんもあって素敵なところでした。次も泊まりたいです。
