Great location! JR station is just downstairs! Lots of big shopping centre and food choice! Daimaru is at the front of hotel. Definitely will visit again!

There’s a make up button for housekeepers to clean ur room when u go out its next to a metro station however the bed is small

Perfect Location, close to Umeda Eki/Osaka Station. A great place if you enjoy shopping. But!! The room we lived in has poor drainage in the toilet. The water was leaking on the ground, which made the floor very slippery. We contacted the front desk in the morning however the problem was not resolved when we came back in the evening. Finally, a staff liaised for us and we finally changed to a new room. No compensation and I did not hear any apologies. Well, thank you for the help but it cost us some time and made me a bit uncomfortable. The new room was all good. Staffs are nice and friendly, polite. Thank you for the service. Considering the price, it's not that cost-effective from my point of view.

Good location，at Osaka Station. Direct airport Limousine to Herbes Osaka, walk 5 mins to Granvia Hotel. Value for money for its prime location.

The room was quite different from the photos?… think we got an older room though we paid more for the room that looks newer when booking so that was slightly disappointing. Location was just the best within the JR Osaka station itself but sound proof was terrible. Ambulances, traffic and neighbouring room noises all night long!!!

Most convenient next to JR train station and also subway. Staff are very courteous and helpful. Will stay here again.

Hotel locations was good very convenient and easy to access to subway train and shopping. Hotel staffs was friendly and helpful. Will stay in this hotel when travel to Osaka again.

Right by JR Osaka station. Easy to travel anywhere around Osaka. No Gym though which is unusual for a hotel at this star level.
