Amazing location Good service for 3* Free coffee at lobby 24/7

Very short stay ok as only convenient to take Hankyu train, so good for travel to Kobe or Kyoto. If go to other main places within Osaka need transfer by metro or JR that take time.

It was so good. I will definitely come again next year.

This is one of the best hotels we stayed at in Japan. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Everything was super clean and our hotel came with so many amenities everyday. Unfortunately, our only complains is that the hotel was very small. We did not have too much space to unpack our luggage and also have walking space. Every day there would be room service and they would leave slippers, new pajamas, soap, a towel, and water. Additionally, the spa was very clean and relaxing. My favorite ones were the tubs outside. It’s very relaxing sitting in the warm tub while also being outside.

Not far from transport to visit the city (but out of the city) and next to the train to go to Kyoto! Great equipment (ironing board, iron, various types of self-service pillows) and toiletries provided (pajamas, toothbrush, comb, razor, etc.). Comfortable bed! Access to public baths to relax and to the sauna. Roof terrace.

Although the room is not big, it has a hot spring bath that lasts from 11 a.m. to 25 p.m., which is great for leisure time. On the day of my check-in, I also called a Chinese service staff who helped me change a room into a double room for the next four days. Bed room, thank you so much🙏! I will choose to stay here again in the future after staying very comfortable. There are also many choices of restaurants around. Anyway, I am very satisfied.

They also provided bottled water. The hotel also had large sizes of indoor wear and a choice of pillows. I was able to relax in the bath on the top floor. I would like to stay here again.

You can take the Hankyu Kyoto Line directly from the 13th station to Kyoto, without going to Umeda. This is very good, but if you have to go to Umeda or the city every day, you need to pay attention: the Hankyu Line and the Midosuji Line are operated by different companies, so if you go to Shinsaibashi, you have to take a Hankyu train to Umeda for 170 yuan, then exit the station and transfer to the Midosuji Line subway to Shinsaibashi, which costs 240 yuan, which means a total of 410 yuan for a one-way trip, which is about 20 yuan. The transportation cost is quite high, haha, you can consider a one-day ticket or something like that.

The house is clean enough, the facilities are new enough, the price is not expensive, and the price-performance ratio is high. The hot spring is great, but it’s a fly in the ointment if you don’t have to go there early in the morning. I can try it again next time in Li. I will recommend it to my friends.
